Silos at Elk Street & Ed Young’s Hardware is excited to be hosting the first annual 2022 Buffalo BIG GREEN Eggfest!

Big green egg fests occur all over the country, and for good reason. These relaxing outdoor events allow BGE enthusiasts to show off their love for cooking on the big green egg, and for curious foodies to see how many ways it can be used from casual grilling, baking, smoking, slow cooking and more. Many of us eggheads have traveled all over to attend these festivals and we believe it is time for Buffalo NY to enjoy them the way that we have for years. Come join us for a day filled with food, conversation, and music at the recently restored historic Silos at Elk Street in South Buffalo. Ed Youngs Hardware will be onsite with plenty of Big Green egg products and chances to purchase once used eggs. Briar brothers brewing company plans to debut its micro brews at its silos location and wines will be served up at the Bubble bar by Alchemy wine & beer of Hamburg NY.
